Piney Orchard Street Festival

Posted by mlimansky on Apr 22 2015 - 10:44pm

We will have a display table at the upcoming Piney Orchard Street Festival to advertise our Pack and to promote Scouting.  I am looking for Scout/Parent teams to help out throughout the day for about an hour or two.  There will be fun activities for Scouts to do before and after helping out at our table to include Volcano Rock Wall, 60' obstacle course, giant slide, moon bounce, face painting, pony rides, sand art and more.  We have invited the Boy Scout Troop (769) to also participate at our table.  I hope you can help out!

Scouts Needed for Scouting for Food

Posted by mlimansky on Feb 28 2015 - 12:29pm

Each year our Pack participates in Scouting for Food.  We will need several Scouts to help distribute bags to houses in Piney Orchard next Saturday, March 7th.  Bag pick up will be the following Saturday, March 14th.  We'll meet at GORC Park (playground entrance) and assign areas.  We have the area from Killarney to Black Gum along Strawberry Lake Way.  We typically distribute bags to the town homes within this area.  See attached pic.
